Spinach Salad with Beet Kraut and Goat’s Cheese – Recipe

  • Baby Spinach leaves
  • Lost Art beet-Kraut
  • Crumbly goats’ cheese
  • Walnuts (coarsely chopped)
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Layer the salad starting with the spinach, crumbling on the cheese and sprinkling on the walnuts and dried cranberries. Finish by topping with Lost Art Beet-Kraut and lightly dressing with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for healthy and delicious salad!

Try serving as an hors d’oeuvres: Replace the spinach and endive lettuce leaves. Fill each leaf with beet kraut and top with walnuts, dried cranberries and a crumble of goats cheese for a beautiful bite-size snack.
